For the coaching session, the client comes with a "topic" (disturbing behavioral or emotional phenomenon, or a goal to be achieved), which can be related to any area of life. The topic either can be fears, anxiety reactions or a current mental problem. It can also be an effort to increase performance. Maybe the client "just" wants to feel better, wants to be calmer and more balanced.
The emotional blockages related to the topic begin to dissolve with the coaching intervention, the related (possibly traumatic) experiences are reintegrated in a more balanced emotional quality.
